Coding Project #1: This storyboard was created using Scratch Jr., an introductory coding app designed for learners in Grades 1 through 6. This platform is easy to navigate and is perfect for cross-curricular and project-based learning.
Coding Project #2: This project required students to create their own Google Doodle. Students used Scratch and CS block coding to program and animate their doodle based on their own personal characteristics. Scratch block coding is suitable for introductory and intermediate coding instruction.
HTML and CSS Coding: Using w3schools web development programs, students were required to use HTML mark up language to develop their own website. This included using common HTML elements, character sets, doctypes, color names, canvas references and URL encoding.
